Such great memories of a beautiful lady. She has always been admired and loved by us. I will always remember her quiet strength and sweet words for all she met. Heaven has gained a true angel. We pray for peace and comfort for the family at this promotion of Pat to her new home.

Natalie Bernstein

San Antonio, TX

I was so sorry to hear of your Mommas passing. My daughter, Brynn and I had visited her a few weeks ago. Mrs. Pat and my Aunt Mary had become great friends during their time at Heartis. Your Mom was an amazing lady. She shared her faith regularly with me and was often in Aunt Mary’s room with a prayer or two. I will truly truly miss your Mom and her gifts of scripture. I so hope your Mom and Aunt Mary are at the Lord’s table having fried shrimp. Talk of fried shrimp was one of their favorite meals. Aunt Mary passed on 6-19-18 and your Mom was a prayer warrior, mentor, and great friend. God has called home a lady that filled purpose in the lives of many. Now, she is free from COPD. My deepest sympathy. I love you Mrs. Pat - the Bernstein family

Mark, Steven and Ryan,
Denise and I loved and admired Pat. Being around her made us better people.
Every thought of her brings either a smile, a warmth to our hearts or a gentle shaking of the head in amazement at the God given privilege of sharing part of our lives in her presence and under her influence.
May the Spirit that abided in her always, be especially present to each of you on Tuesday. You will be in our prayers.

Mark, our prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. Your mother was an especially strong woman in every way, especially in her faith. Certainly she was a blessing to Lamesa and to all who knew and loved her.
