I am so sorry to hear this about Dorothy. My mother sure appreciated having y'alls mom being such a friend to her. I know that she and Hattie are having a time now once again! She was always so up beat and a real pleasure to be around. She will surely be missed by all.

Dear Norma and family,
I'm so sorry to hear of your family's loss. Dorothy was just an incredible woman. She was an entrepreneur and a leader in Dawson County. What couldn't Dorothy do and who didn't love her?! I know I did. Please accept my condolences. D'Laine

Dear Haney Family, Gwen and I are so sorry to learn of the passing of our dear friend, Dorothy. We have been out of town all week, just returning late Friday evening. For as long as we have been in this community, we have loved and admired Dorothy for her energy and enthusiasm for whatever the task at hand might be! Her support for the entire Dawson County community was legendary and her impact will never be forgotten! God Bless you, Dorothy Haney! You will be missed by all!

Dorothy was truly "one of a kind". She was a real force for Lamesa and the community. Her son, Ronnie, was my classmate and friend.
My sincere sympathy to all of her family.
